I'm not only experience slow loading, but also when the page is fully loaded, scrolling is going slow too. I read a post of Sindroms earlier today. I think he is right about all the animated gifs. I just had new install on my laptop and still everything is going slow. On my PC (pretty good hardware) it also goes slow. high res pictures or gifs is just hard for CPU's. Just my opinion.
