First read this carefully:

The cobrans has started 2 new SQUADS for stonger teamplay.
=(c)=gilianos and =(c)=14remco14 are the leaders of these squads.
So listen to them and respect them, because they keep the squads together.

Our goal is to win every game as result of good teamwork.

WE NEED 5 MEMBERS IN 2 DIFFERENT SQUADS. THEY WILL BE PART OF THE SQUADS EVERY TIME, IN-GAME AND OUT-GAME. IF YOU WANT TO RESIGN AS SQUAD MEMBER, MESSAGE ME OR 14REMCO14.

SQUAD 1 = OFFENSIVE (name is not sure yet)
SQUAD 2 = DEFENSIVE (name is not sure yet)

Squad 1: CONTROLLING
Squad 2: ASSAULT

I think 3 squads are better

Squad 1: Attack
Squad 2: Flag Defend
Squad 3: Flag defend
Squad 4: Airforce

I don t think it will work, but the idea is g00d.
Everything is welcome if its about improving our teamplay.
But i think we have a few problems, but that can be assolved.

I think we have a lot NOT active players.
Not everybody visits forum regulary, so they mis info.
Need one GOOD commander.
Need headsets for communication - > example xfire

Being squadmember is FOLLOWING rules and stick to the plan.
Whenever its by squadleader ore commander.
Every squad has to be self-supporting, ALWAYS.
If we make 1 offensive squad, 2 maybe 3 are defending and we have some gyus in air, then that sounds great, but............
What if opponents got more squads? ??? Then it s a freakin Casino....

Important characters in squads (6) are in my opinion :

1) Squadleader
In my opinion squadleader has to be ammo.
Squadleaders have a BIG job...Not get killed and be spawnpoint.
Squadleaders have communication with commander.
If squadleaders attack a flag, they are out of range. When flag is neutral they can choose to join flag and get capt assistpoints. Then he provides everybody from ammo..

2) Humble Medic.
This guy is always out of range when flag is being captured. He ALWAYS has his eye on squadleader. Thats his most importing job. Saving clanleaders ass if he isn t paying attention. If clanleader get shot he will offer his life ANYTIME it happens for saving squadleader ( read: spawnpoint )
He doesn t HAVE to give his life in line of fire for squadmembers.
( Of course you can use more medics in squad, but they don t have to watch clanleaders back and they must help attack flag. They are responsible for other squadmembers if they get shot )


In a squad of 6 dudes i would choose for 4 missile-launchers in squad.
A squad has to stick together, then they are real strong. Every tank that will appear wil be demolished. Every car that sneaks around, any apc and ........if they are skilled dudes even choppers and jets are in real danger.
They are also the first ones who are nearing flag. These four guys has to be good 1-1 fighters.......

I can be squadleader also.
If some of you like my idea of meaning of squad, then i need 1 hell of a medic and 4 missile launchers...

Who is on command? We vote?

what does this suppose to mean, =(c)=sweeper??
Dyestavos gave me and =(c)=14remco14 the assignment to form two squads (or more) and not you...

I agree with you, but 4 out of 6 people is a little bit too many for anti tank characters.
Lets reduce this to 3 and we have 1 unknown character. Let this dude be special forces, light but effective weapon and explosives if something needs to be destroyed?
Too bad support has weapons that are less accurate:(

One thing that ALWAYS IS REQUIRED is the power to work together, sacrifice your life if necessary and always help eachother.

4 anti-tank is maby to much, but then your squad is real strong.
Perhaps trade one with aussult. A bit smoke is always usefull. Even special ops is good. But when u r on the run with 4 anti-tanks....man....think about the opportunities. Anything u see you can solve with 4 missiles at the same time.

I think we also have do discuss: Squads and GAMEPLAY / plan...
In my opinion:

Good commander.
Not active in playing but only scanning, art-ing, supply-ing, uav-ing, talking with squadleaders, sending orders etc, controlling, sneaking on abandon flags and try to capt them on his own. O my.......then he IS active.......
Has to be an experienced player. Someone who can read the game.

1 =(c)=AirSrike
2 Outragious pilots........who can fly, shoot, bomb, flags and LISTEN. No co-pilots.

2 =(c)=Chops
2 good chopperpilots who know how to make some hard kills. No co-pilots.
They are capturing and defensing flags.

3 =(c)=OFB
sneaky dudes who can disable and destroy everything.
Also love doing that....

4 =(c)=TechnicalT
They sometimes forget the rules They have a surprise-act....
They are smart. THey can fix things

5 =(c)=O&D
Offensive and defensive.

With commander and these 5 squads we will surely win.
I can t tell what the plan is. I know for sure that guys from other squads also visiting our forum......so..........
It has to be a secret.

But were do i put it then???.......

I admire your plans and ideas. I even think your ideas have a chance to success.
We need to organize these squads; putting members (preferably standard members, who don't go to other squads or leave squads at any time) in these squads. People who can communicate with eachother VERY WELL.

What language are we using? English? Dutch? German?
I think English, but when you have a squad with only dutch/german/french members (or whatever nationality) it's a bit stupid to talk english?

We will work this out, to the bottem, we will!
