did checking the attendance, those team members who didn't participate
in the meeting all of their ranks and position has been demoted,
and those team members who were present during the meetings the position and rank are promoted.

to
those team members who loses position, restore your position and ranks
next meeting specially those admins who were demoted and dis-abled
their rights.

so pls. be participate every meetings to gain more position in the team.

we are so sorry if you loses admin rights and good position in the team, you can get it back next meeting by participation.

we have fix the schedule of the fight will be every weekend at the same time and the same location the war COBRANS vs. players.

so every week the rank promotion will be stablished and demolished we are doing these to encourage you to participate .

what if is sick and wont be able to come do you get demoted then aswell?

no,
we have put up the announcement before the schedule,
if they couldn't participate then they have to put a letter or post that they coudn't attend for important reason.
but mostly those demoted high ranking team members they dont say anything, that means they don't like to participate.
so watch up! what is the real reason of joining the clan if theres no participation?
most of you mentioned before ? we have to kick the inactive out of the team.
but we dont do that, we have to encourage them first to participate if they dont participate then it would be a losing of ranks and position.
actually that demoted position will be recover if they will participate next time and that will happen only week and its not long .
so we encouraged them to participate because in joining the clan and no participation is USELESS.

try to look up and search the real ranking of the army in your country, the major is a high ranking army than the captain.
