Dystavo can you please change the name of your server called Close Quarters! This name belongs to Vega and is copyrighted! Thank you Dystavo!

the meaning of copyrighted is the whole copy of a thing, how would you say its copyrighted?
because of the name? or you have something mistaken of understanding the words copyrighted.

I named it that as thats what i modded it to be for - close quarters combat with 3 flags in the middle, i havent seen your server with the same name.

As mentioned - close quarters is a term used to describe a type of scenario so i dont think you can copyright a term. However if Lynn or Dyestavos wishes i will rename it to avoid conflict, im here for fun not silly issues/pettiness etc.

hmm Solarflex is right, they had the name first and if two servers with same name, it looks like mimicing and people dont like it

Thank you Max for understanding! It is not silly it is business! It gets to be frustrating because GWYD attempted the same-thing and we ended up suing them. Of course they settled and removed it! We spent large amounts of money preserving the names we have on our servers just because of GWYD! You guys could use "Cobrans Closed Quarters" or something to that nature. That wouldn't bother us! Anyway thank you for the understanding!

Close Quarters like i said is a term to describe a type of combat m8, you cannot copyright a term, if i were using Vega name then yes thats wrong, close quarters is a military term and free to use by anyone so please - less of the strong arm tactics on the use of a term, besides - do feel free to pop in and see if im actually copying anything you have on your server, i dont think ive ever visited yours and didnt know it existed until you said.

it is a military term and not vega's term, whay is it that you keep owning the words close quarters?
and even you will ask the lawyer this is not called copyrighted.

if we put that same thing above that is copyrighted but if the root of word is not similar that is not copyrighted it is a terminolgy.
