Player PACMAN is commander hacker and nametag

Hoje eu estava no server demo pinoy, eu estava como commander do USA e o jogador PACMAN commander do MEC e ele estava com commander hacker e ficava mandando artilharia toda hora, alem disso o PACMAN estava com outro hacker ele estava dentro da parede. Por favor ajudem para que não volte a aconteçer. Banir PACMAN

I banned him more than twice, on IP too but it seems like he is using dynamic IP adress and another accounts.. When i will see him ingame i will ban him again, do not worry.

thats the problem! nearly everyone is able to change his ip adress, including me. I only need two clicks and i can play with a new one. We have to use another ban system!
We will ban him again and agin querovodka..dont worry
