An suggestion about rule breakers

My suggestion is about rule breakers what never stop breaking rules.

I see only one guy what never stop breaking rules,and i decided to kick or ban that guy without warning yersterday,he said he was going report me,he forced me teamkill and he had 3 teamkills in his score,i kicked him for he punish me for a teamkill,he said what i kick without warning,and say what i abuse of power...and i said.
-You are an guy what everyday break rules in that server and ever stop,why should i warn you(he only base rape,teamkill,force tk,and sometimes say offence?-
and after that i talk to lyn about that guy,but she say what i still need warn the bad guys about the rules.

2-warnings were showing in the screen everytime in everlander
3-why he keep breaking rules?
So,my ide is that:
No warnings for people who keep base raping,tk,offences for 1 week or 4 days.Because he got warned many times and he know what are the rules.
Do you support my idea?


And i forgot,there is another guy what annoy in every server.
His name is papan,after 30 seconds,i check the server,that guy did 21 tk's
i banned him 20 minutes and he dont back.

And the other guy i forgot the name.

And i forgot a guy what said what i base raped 1 time because i kill him in igla without flags,and he dont let me talk what the iglas/essex are allowed to rape.And he said 2 offences and he got kicked...
